| Basic Sponsor Benefits: | |
•Sponsor Name and/or Logo. These will appear on all event advertising and promotional material, as determined by sponsor level, providing literally millions of advertising and promotional impressions. •Permission to use the Festival Name and logo. As a sponsor, you may use the Festival name and logo on any of your own advertising and promotional material. •Festival Booth. Sponsors have the opportunity to display their products/services at the event. Please see the size booth which your level of sponsorship provides. •Event Signage/Banners. Depending on the level of your sponsorship, you have the ability to display a identifiable number of signs and banners at selected even locations. •On-Stage Recognition. The Master of Ceremonies will acknowledge your support from the stage at selected times during the event. •Right Of First Refusal. Every sponsor associated with the HUENEME BEACH FESTIVAL will be provided with the opportunity to participate in next year's event, thereby protecting any product or category exclusivity earned this year. •Please note that these above points are only the standard sponsorship considerations in exchange for your promotion fee. For example, The HUENEME BEACH FESTIVAL Presented by The XYZ Company. The HUENEME BEACH FESTIVAL plans to utilize plenty of advertising in newspaper, radio, television, posters, bus shelters, street banners and direct marketing to the entire Ventura County area and beyond, and wherever possible the Presenting Sponsor's name will be used in the primary position. •Official and exclusive status for your product or service. No other competitive product or service will be allowed at HUENEME BEACH FESTIVAL. •Recognition as a Big Kahuna Presenting Sponsor on the official Festival poster and website. The poster will be distributed to the thousands of business and retail locations from Santa Barbara to Long Beach. •Up to five (5) of your own banners or signs on display at the Festival. •A much larger 15'x15' or 10'x20' complimentary booth, as compared to the normal exhibitor booth of 10'x10'. Four tables and 6 chairs are also included. •Free booth electricity (110V/15 amp). •Five free official Festival t-shirts. Presenting sponsor's may purchase many more Festival t-shirts at the Festival's cost. For a small additional charge, your company name and/or logo may be added to the t-shirts.
